Morning, noon or night, these simple-to-make pancakes and waffles will surely become a favorite family meal.

Ingredients
Malted Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Sugar, Apple (apples, ascorbic acid, citric acid, calcium chloride), Malt, Monocalcium Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Buttermilk, Salt, Cinnamon, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Malic Acid

Additional Information

For pancakes, from your pantry you will need: 1 large egg, 2 TBSP unsalted butter, 1/2 cup milk; OR for waffles, from your pantry you will need: 1 large egg, 2/3 cup water, 2 TBSP unsalted butter (or oil)


CINNAMON APPLE PANCAKES

1 large egg, 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup Cinnamon Apple Pancake & Waffle Mix

  1. Whisk together egg, melted butter and milk in medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
  3. For thinner batter add more milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time.
  4. Spray surface of griddle with nonstick cooking spray, heat to 375℉.
  5. Pour on batter and cook until top is full of bubbles.
  6. Flip and cook second side for 2~3 minutes. (makes approximately 5~6 plate-size pancakes.)


CINNAMON APPLE WAFFLES

1 large egg, 2/3 cup water, 1 cup Cinnamon Apple Pancake & Waffle Mix, 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, or oil

  1. Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Beat egg and water together.
  3. Add dry mix and whisk well.
  4. Stir in melted butter and mix well.
  5. Ladle batter onto hot waffle iron.
  6. Remove when golden brown. (Makes 3~4 waffles, depending on size of waffle iron)
