Product Description

Soluble fiber in foods such as psyllium hulls may lower the risk of heart disease when combined with a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. One serving of psyllium hull powder provides 6 to 7 grams of soluble fiber per day to be effective.

How to use the product

Mix 1-2 tablespoons daily with at least 12 oz of water or juice and take immediately. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Start with a small amount and gradually increase the dose over several weeks.

Other Ingredients Included

Psyllium hull (husk/seed).

This product is not formulated with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish and shellfish or nut ingredients. Produced in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
